Volunteer Training
Wednesday, August 11th, 6:30-8:00 pm at the Cullman County Museum. We'll be training leaders/volunteers for our launch service on August 25th.

It takes a lot of volunteers to pull off church around here and there are many opportunities to get involved. We need folks to help us set up chairs, hang out with kids and play in our band. You can volunteer as much or as little as you like without worrying about signing your name in blood. And we don’t require that you be a Bible scholar or goodie-two-shoes to serve.
Here are some volunteer opportunities:
Sunday morning
Setup crew
Tear down crew
Childcare (all ages)
Creative team (band, lighting, sound. No clowns or mimes please...cause they scare us.)
Parking team
Information Center
Everyday
Omega Hospice – we have partnered with Omega to serve in various capacities. These can be low risk (like raking leaves, cutting grass or delivering food) or hands-on (interacting with patients and caregivers). You can decide which is best for you.
Small Group leaders – hosting a small group of folks at your house. You don’t have to be a Bible scholar or have answers to life’s most difficult questions. You don’t even have to provide food. All you need is a place to gather, a heartbeat and a voice. And probably a place to sit would be good.
Outreach – sometimes we have planned, church-wide events and other times they happen at a moments notice. We take care of organizing the church-wide stuff. But you can get a group together and do something good for our city anytime you like.
We’re always looking for opportunities to engage with our city. Volunteering and serving are HUGE around here. Let us know if you’d like some more information. We promise not to hassle you into signing up.
